Packing for Mars: The Curious Science of Life in the Void, Mary Roach (6/2/14)
The Cuckoo's Calling, Robert Galbraith (6/8/14)
O Pioneers!, Willa Cather (6/20/14)
Lady of Devices, Shelley Adina (6/25/14)

Skin Game, Jim Butcher (6/8/14)
Dreams of Gods and Monsters, Laini Taylor (6/15/14)

The standout book for me in June was Skin Game.  I love the Dresden universe, and Butcher's writing and characterization just keeps on getting better. And please Jim, can we have another appearance from Hades?

Sadly I was a little bit disappointed with Dreams of Gods and Monsters. I thought the first two books in the trilogy were excellent and was eager to see how Taylor was going to wrap the series up. But somehow it didn't quite work for me. (Looking at the reviews on Amazon and GoodReads, it appears I'm in the minority here. Ah well, 'twas ever thus).
